Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Amanani Online, we work hard to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

    We currently deliver within South Africa.
    At this time we do not offer international shipping.
    If we expand to other countries in future, this page will be updated.
  2. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
    Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
    If we receive a high number of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases we will inform you by email.
  3. Delivery Time
    After your order is processed, delivery usually takes:
    3 to 7 business days depending on your location in South Africa.
    Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.
    Please note that delivery time is an estimate and may change due to weather, courier delays, or other unexpected events.
  4. Shipping Cost
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
    We offer free shipping on orders over R299 within South Africa.
    For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
    There are no hidden charges.
  5. Courier Partners
    We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely.
    The courier company is selected based on your delivery address and product type.
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can track your parcel.
  6. Order Tracking
    After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
    You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status.
    If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
  7. Incorrect Address
    Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
    We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
    If a parcel is returned to us due to wrong address, additional shipping charges may apply.
  8. Delivery Issues
    If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
    If your parcel arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
    We will review the issue and assist you according to our Return and Refund Policy.
