Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on Amanani Online (www.amananionline.co.za).

  1. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges – Eligibility

    You may request a return, refund, or exchange under the following conditions:

    • The request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery (or receipt) of the goods.
    • Products are returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging (including tags, labels, and any accessories), unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error.
    • You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice/receipt).

    Exceptions / Non-returnable items

    • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery.
    • Sale/clearance/“as-is” items.
    • Any items marked as non-returnable on their product page.
  2. Return Process

    1. Contact us through our support centre within 7 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.
    2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorisation (we will provide return instructions).
    3. Ship the item back to us at your cost (unless otherwise agreed).
    4. Once we receive and verify the return meets the policy conditions, we will process the refund or exchange.
  3. Refunds & Exchanges

    For eligible returns, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost, unless agreed otherwise).

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider/bank may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
    • Alternatively, we can refund to your Amanani Online wallet, which is typically immediate once authorised.
    • If you request an exchange, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability).
    • We do not accept returns or refunds after the return window expires, or for non-eligible items.
  4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged/defective item, or the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipment label.

    • We will either replace the item or offer a full refund (including shipping costs), at our discretion.
    • We may request that you return the item before issuing a replacement or refund.
  5. Cancellations (Before Shipment)

    You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us immediately at support@amananionline.co.za with your order number. Once shipped, the regular Return & Refund Policy applies.

  6. Policy Changes

    We may update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and takes effect once posted.

  7. Consumer Rights under South African Law

    This policy is intended to comply with applicable South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act.
