3. Products, Orders, Stock Availability and Contracts

• All product listings on the Site are subject to stock availability; stock levels are, to the best of our knowledge, accurate at the time of listing.
• When you place an order and complete payment (if required), that constitutes an offer by you to purchase the goods.
• However, the contract of sale between you and Amanani Online is only concluded when we dispatch the ordered goods (or otherwise make them available for delivery/collection). Payment confirmation alone does not create a binding sale.
• If, after you place an order, we discover that the ordered goods are no longer available (out of stock, discontinued, supplier failure, inventory error, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the order or the portion of the order affected.
• In the event of such cancellation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and refund, without undue delay, any monies you have paid for the cancelled goods. Such refund is processed immediately into your Amanani Online account wallet. Alternatively, at our discretion we may offer you a substitute or comparable product and give you the option to accept or cancel.
• You can use your wallet balance to offset/discount your order, or you may request a withdrawal from your account wallet to your personal bank account.
• You agree that Amanani Online is not liable for any costs, losses or damages (direct or indirect) resulting from cancellation due to stock unavailability — except for refunding amounts already paid.
• Prior to dispatch, you may cancel your order if you prefer not to accept delay or substitution.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices on the website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices include applicable taxes (VAT) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be made before dispatch. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, EFT, mobile payment.
• You are responsible for any bank or payment-processing fees, if applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship goods to addresses within South Africa (or to specific regions as per our shipping policy).
• Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

• In brief: you may return goods within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).
• We will refund the purchase price (minus shipping) once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet our return policy criteria.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the goods do not meet return policy conditions.
